Top 3 Habits Implemented to Start My Health Journey

I wanted to share my answer to the above Instagram question because it's a great simple reminder of how to restart healthy habits. These are so simple but sometimes we need to be reminded!

1. Start everyday with an affirmation

2. Drink tons of water. I try to drink 3-4 of my 40 ounce Hydroflask a day

3. Move for an hour. If it’s a workout class/run/walk. Whatever, just move!
