Liam Payne Finally Announces Debut Album ‘LP1’ And Release Date

The moment we've all been waiting for has officially arrived: Liam Payne has finally announced his debut album!

On Friday (October 18), Payne took to social media to announce his debut album, LP1, and that it will be arriving December 6, 2019 — that's 50 days including today, but who's counting?

“So I can finally reveal that my new album LP1 will be out on 6th December! I’m so happy with it and I’m sorry it’s taken longer than planned,” he wrote in his Instagram caption. “Thanks for all your support as always, you’re the best fans I could ask for. I can’t wait to share the album with you with you all.”

In addition to giving fans the scoop on the long-awaited album, he also shared the 17-song tracklist; which includes a handful of songs fans already know and love and, of course, a ton of new tracks. LP1 comes a year after the 26-year-old dropped his EP, First Time, in August 2018.

The album news comes a little over a month after the former One Direction singer announced “Stack It Up” as his next single.
