Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner love a good prank. While at the U.S. Open in New York Friday (August 31), the DNCE frontman and Game of Thrones star had a little fun with paparazzi cameras.
The engaged couple pulled a baby bump prank while watching Serena William's match against her sister Venus Williams. Messing around with photographers, Sophie put a seat cushion under her plaid blazer to fake a baby bump as her fiance and friends laughed at the joke. At one point, the 22-year-old actress even cradled her seat cushion bump. (Talk about staying committed to the character)
When the lovebirds weren't getting their kicks out of Sophie pretending like she had a bun in the oven, the two were engaging in some sweet PDA. The two even locked lips during the match.
Joe and Sophie's fun night out follows an emotional day the two shared in NYC last month. Sophie was spotted crying while walking the streets of New York alongside her future husband on his birthday.
Many were quick to claim that there was trouble in paradise. However, Sophie set the record straight on Twitter, explaining she was just having bad period cramps. "Lol. Thank god I have a loving fiancé. Periods are a b***h," she captioned a photo of Joe consoling her that day. One user then replied, “Are you telling you that you start crying till your face is burnin’ red bc you have ur period? Even when you know paparazzis are behind you? Next joke please.” Sophie quickly clapped back, “Girl…. you’ve never had cramps?”
The "Cake By The Ocean" singer proposed to his wife-to-be back in October 2017. The couple, who had been dating for 11 months, announced the news on Instagram, captioning a photo of the Game of Thrones star's massive ring, "She said yes."
