Many people got boxes of chocolates and candies for Valentine’s Day yesterday, but Ellie Goulding fans got something even sweeter: a new song.
It’s been two years since her album Delirium and fans had been growing restless waiting for new material.
So she decided to hold them over with a beautiful acoustic cover of Don McLean’s 1971 song “Vincent” about Vincent Van Gogh.
Take a listen:
Upon releasing it Ellie tweeted: "My album isn’t ready yet, but for the best fans in the world, here’s my offering for Valentine’s Day."
