The new version of Ed Sheeran’s song "Perfect," "Perfect Duet" featuring Beyoncé is catching a ton of buzz.
Even though word of their collaboration only became public days before its release, it’s actually been in the works since May.
The original plan was to transform the stripped down song into a full blown remix, but Ed tells ET when he sent it over to her she told him:
"I don’t know how you feel about this, but I’ve taken all the instruments off it and it's just going to be acoustic guitar."
This thrilled Ed because she heard it the way he’d always imagined it.
