Sam Smith was lucky enough to forge a meaningful friendship with one of his idols, Sir Elton John, who in turn shared some advice Sam has taken to heart.
At his iHeartRadio Album Release Party presented by Ulta beauty, Sam revealed:
“Elton told me how important live music is and I’ve got to really concentrate on that. It really is one of the biggest goals in my life when it comes to music.
I just want to get better and better and my band is helping me with that so much. I’m learning every day.”
