Snooki Debuts New Son Lorenzo Dominic: It’s a Different Kind of Love

(Yahoo!) - Meet the newest "Jersey Shore" meatball! Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is introducing her newborn son Lorenzo Dominic to the world in the new issue of People. 

The pint-sized reality star and her fiance Jionni LaValle welcomed the little guy on August 26, after more than 24 hours in labor — but it was worth it. "Its a different kind of love that I never felt before," Snooki, 24, tells the magazine of Lorenzo, who sports bedazzled Italian flag booties as he snoozes in the cover photo.

Enzo, as Snooki and LaValle sometimes call him, got his name from a childhood pal of his fathers. "We were going back and forth, and I just happened to think of Lorenzo," says LaValle, 25. "She loved it." As for the middle name, Dominic is in memory of Snookis uncle who passed before the babys birth. "I did it for my dad," she adds.

And now that she has her hands full with her son, dont expect to see her doing shots at Karma any time soon. "The partying is long gone," insists Snooki, who is currently filming Season 2 of her spin-off "Snooki & JWoww." (The sixth and final season of "Jersey Shore" premieres October 4.) "Im a new person."

But it doesnt mean shes not thinking about partying. On Labor Day, Snooki told her Twitter followers to "Enjoy the sun & margaritas." When one fan asked her if it felt great to drink again, she wrote back, "Im not yet, Im breast feeding. But have one for me!"
