The fab five of One Direction, Niall, Zayn, Liam, Harry, and Louis, traveled to the Big Apple to sit down with reporter Jenna Bush Hager of the “Today Show” and talked new tracks, new girls, and a new memoir.

On Who Is The Most Romantic: 1D declared Liam as the biggest romantic, and dished that many of the newly recorded songs were inspired and written about their lucky ladies.

On Their “Boy Band” Personae: Although they were comfortable with the comparison of their group to a “boy band”, One Direction was quick to mention that they don’t follow the “smooth move” stereotype.
On Their Best Dance Moves: The guys showed off their dance moves including the “fist pump”, “scuba dive”, and “sprinkler.” With bright eyes and tousled hair, I don’t think any dance partner would complain.

Filled with oh-so-adorable baby pictures, the 1D memoir will depict how each of the band mates grew up and the details on signing with Simon Cowell’s record label Syco Records after forming their group and placing 3rd in the seventh season of “X Factor”.
One Direction has already accomplished what iconic bands The Beatles and Rolling Stones couldn’t—a #1 debut on the U.S. Billboard Charts. In November 2011, One Direction released their debut album Up All Night, and soared to the top of the UK charts. Their single, “What Makes You Beautiful”, became internationally known and played on the lips of girls all over the states.
The Brits are worth a reported $1.5 million and are gaining popularity. 2013 proves to be a powerful year for the boy band as they work on recording new tracks and kick off their concert tour.
