One Direction may play the London Olympics Closing Ceremony. Rumors emerged earlier this month when a report suggested the ceremony would celebrate the best of British music.
According to a new report in “The Mirror” One Direction will take to the stage. The Who, Take That, Queen, and the newly reunited Spice Girls are also rumored to be performing at the event. A One Direction spokesperson refused to comment on whether the band will be involved in the closing ceremony, so it’s a big wait and see!
