Miley Cyrus posted a TwitPic showing her new hairdo and it is a BIG change! With tweets leading up to the big reveal, it looks like she has chopped it all off and dyed it bleach blonde.
It’s a pretty big change. She tweeted, “if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say anything at all.” But what do you honestly think?
