Maroon 5 Debuts Lyric Video for ‘One More Night’
In the newest single, Adam Levine is trying to run from a girl he just can’t let go.
Following their hot chart topping single, “Payphone,” Maroon 5 dropped another song that is sure to get you in the mood for some summer fun! “One More Night” is the second single off their upcoming album Overexposed which front man Adam Levine told Rolling Stone, is their most diverse, pop-iest album to date.
The reggae infused song talks about a vixen he can’t quit but tries ever so hard to. The hook tells all with the lyrics: “But baby there you go again, making me love you / And I stopped using my head, let it all go / Got you stuck on my body like a tattoo / And now I’m feelin’ stupid crawlin’ back to you.”
This is the second lyric video for the band and while the first was a comic book inspired short, this one is more simple, with flashes of color and a muted city scene in the background. Overexposed is set to be released June 26 and with producers like Max Martin and Ryan Tedder, we can’t wait to hear it in its entirety! But to hold you over, watch the lyric video below!
