Jay-Z stopped by New York iHeartRadio stations Z100 and KTU Thursday afternoon to introduce new artist Rita Ora. The 21-year-old was signed to Jay-Zs Roc Nation in 2009 and has already had success in the U.K. with the song "Hot Right Now" with DJ Fresh. Now, with the help of Jay-Z, she hopes to make a name for herself in the U.S. with hot new single "Party and Bull***t." So far so good - the song went straight to the airwaves for a world premiere Thursday after Jay-Z and Rita played the song for New York radio execs.

Rita was born in Kosovo but grew up in London most recently. She turned heads earlier this week at the Brit Awards and is now making headlines on this side of the pond with "Party and Bull***t." Expect to see and hear a lot more from Rita Ora in the near future.
