Katy Perry and Russell Brand have reached a "comprehensive written settlement" in their divorce, according to new documents.
The British comedian cited "irreconcilable differences" for his 2011 split from Perry, and the singers legal team filed their own papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.
In the documents, Perry - using her real name Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson - reveals the stars have come to an agreement on how to split their assets.
The papers, obtained by TMZ, state, "The parties have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party."
Perry also requests to take back her maiden name following the divorce.
To seal the deal, Katy signed her name in her normal fashion - with a smiley face.
