Kanye West Screams and Throws Mic at Concert

What is Kanye West screaming about in this video? During a concert in London, the rapper is seen yelling loudly at the top of his lungs into the microphone, which he then proceeds to throw off stage as he makes his exit.

Is that that angry over Jay-Z and Justin Timberlakes "Suit and Tie?" Are these happy screams, that hes overjoyed hes going to have a little girl soon? Is he frustrated trying to hash out baby names with Kim?
