Jason Derulo Admits He Is Nervous About Performing on ‘Idol’ Tonight
This will be the first time Jason is taking the stage since breaking his neck.

Tonight on part one of the “American Idol” finale Phillip Phillips and Jessica Sanchez will feel the pressure of performing with a shot at becoming the next American Idol on the line, but they are not the only ones who might be feeling anxious about tonight. Jason Derulo will take the stage for the first time since nearly dying after breaking his neck.
So, we asked him is he nervous? “I’m actually really nervous. Because I haven’t really been able to move the top half of my body. So, it’s kind of nerve wracking, but I’m excited at the same time,” Jason tells us. The action gets underway 8/7c on FOX.
