Megan Thee Stallion is letting fans in on her secret to achieving her stunning healthy body.

On Wednesday, April 10, Hot Girl Meg graced the cover of Women's Health magazine's Body Issue. Mother Fitness serves up tasteful nude poses for the cover story, which details her journey to becoming the baddie she is today. Meg spends four to five days a week doing Pilates classes and intense work-out routines at the gym or beach with her two personal trainers. When she's not doing 40-minute StairMaster sessions or runs up sand hills at the beach, Meg does hip thrusts, goblet squats, leg extensions, and “stallion kicks" to target her legs and thighs.

“Working on myself made me get into working out because I needed to focus my energy somewhere else,” Meg tells Women's Health. "I’m in a space where I feel good mentally, so I want to look as good as I feel."

Megan Thee Stallion also opens up about the improved diet she's been on throughout her fitness journey. She begins her day with a green juice or a protein smoothie filled with strawberries, bananas and almond milk. The "Body" rapper also maintains a pescatarian meal plan including pan-seared salmon for lunch and sea bass or cod for dinner with sides like tomatoes, sweet potatoes, kale, or brown rice. Meg says she also snacks on cucumber slices with salt and pepper, cherry tomatoes with light balsamic vinaigrette, pepper jack cheese and dark chocolate.

“I am still a Southern girl, so I like to eat what I want,” she says about her diet. “I just don’t go overboard.”

Meg also treats her mind a lot better these days after she cut out sugary foods, unhealthy drinks and social media from her regimen. She spends a lot more time journaling and meditating to strengthen her mind and spirit. Her revealing cover story comes ahead of her next album and forthcoming tour with GloRilla. The duo recently released their first collaboration "Wanna Be" for Glo's new mixtape. Their song is still gaining traction thanks to their recent "Wanna Be" challenge, which has artists and fans alike busting out their best twerking skills.
