Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester benefit show, which she arranged to assist those impacted by the horrific indecent at her show in May.
The concert was a massive success, generating over $23 million and the families of those who lost their lives are now receiving their share of that emergency fund.
Each family’s received $324,000, which the fund’s chair says: “ensures they benefit from the phenomenal outpouring of public support.”
But the giving isn’t over. The committee will now decide how best to distribute the rest of the fund as they assess the attack’s long term impact on the community.
