Foster The People

Los Angeles indie pop band, Foster the People, first got together in 2009. Mark Foster, (vocals, keyboards, piano, synthesizers, guitar, programming, percussion), Mark Pontius (drums and extra percussion), and Cubbie Fink (bass and backing vocals) originally titled the band “Foster & the People,” but it was misheard as “Foster the People.” Eventually, the name stuck.
